The Hydrocarbon Research Institute of the Central University of Ecuador is a multidisciplinary center for the generation of knowledge, research and technology transfer, contributing to the sustainable development of the geosciences, hydrocarbons and energy sectors at a national and international level.
Vision
By 2024, to be the national reference Institution in the generation of knowledge and research in the geosciences, hydrocarbons and energy sectors, contributing to the debate on public policies and in the provision of services.
